Before we get started
Can we start with just an idea?
Yes. Tell us who it is for, the problem to solve, and any references or constraints. We can work through the requirements, set priorities, and define a useful first stage.
Can you work on an existing website or system?
We can start with an assessment of the features, code, accounts, and current issues. From there, we can decide whether to improve what exists, redesign part of it, or build again.
How do you estimate cost and timing?
They depend on scope, design requirements, content readiness, and external integrations. Once requirements are clear, we outline deliverables, stages, and pricing, including ongoing costs such as hosting, payments, or messaging.
What is included in the handover?
We agree on the deliverables before starting. They typically include the agreed custom code, design and usage materials, relevant accounts, and deployment instructions. Third-party tools and assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Can we work in Chinese and build a bilingual product?
Yes. We work in English and Chinese and can plan multilingual content and interfaces for websites, apps, and systems.
Can we keep working together after launch?
Yes. We can arrange maintenance, content updates, or new features based on how the product is used. Each stage has an agreed scope, timeline, and cost.
Are the demos live client projects?
Client projects are labeled separately. Interactive demos use fictional businesses and sample data, without real orders, bookings, payments, or notifications. The AI search demo uses scripted answers. Mobile interface demos are web-based references; a production app needs its own development, testing, and release.
